Is there such a thing as protein crystals that you can add to water that does not make it milky, but let's it stay the consistency of water? If so, does it come unflavored? I need to figure out how to get protein during clear liquid post surgery stage and isoprene tastes like metal to me. Any suggestions are welcome.

Where do You get these fruit flavored Protein drinks? I am having trouble with milky and whey products after surg. However yogurt and puddings and cottage cheese are fine my Protein shakes are harsh to bare. A fruit flavored drink may be the way to go to get the protein in??? Can you tell me where You get them?
