Congratulations! Wow. 2 years, huh? I know how you feel. I just found out this week that I was approved. It is going to be a wonderful journey.

This site is great. Read as much as you can. It will prepare you w/just about e'thing you need to know.

Congradulations and good luck!! I get my band on June 18 and am getting very excited!

It took me two years because I needed to do some "head work" on my emotional and compulsive eating. I didn't want to commit to the band until I knew that I could. I have spent the time learning to exercise and become conscious of my eating. It has helped I have lost 40 pounds and now I am ready to move into lapland!
