Protein?

Got a question....

I know I'm supposed to have 60 grams of Protein a day at least. But is there somewhere I can find out how much things are worth? Like, say I have a chicken breast, how much is that? Does my question make sense? Like a food calculator of sorts. I know that I can get protein info off packaging but some things don't have that kind of info....can anyone help me?

Thanks

I agree fit day.com is my life saver! I use it everyday!

Fitday is good for stuff like that (as said above). Tons of people use it. I personally don't log every day, but when I want to see how I'm doing I log for three days without making any special extra effort during those days. I do this so that I can try and make new habits without being aware of everything I eat at every moment, you know?

Great info Leatha, I printed it out too. Is this the only thread you've listed that on? I think it would be great info to have centrally located. I'm going to have a look at fitday.com too.

Letha thanks!! That's exactly something I was looking for, just to give me an idea to know if i'm close or not. Also thanks for the info on fitday.com New Hope, i'm gonna check that out. Thanks so much for the input guys, as usual, your lifesavers!!

Thanks!

Thanks, Leatha! I needed that info. I printed it out to hang on my fridge and then I also shrunk it down and printed and laminated it for a wallet size.
