Protein Ideas? HELP! 2 weeks post

I've tried everything and it's all making me sick! Protein shakes, protein gels, Greek yogurt, milk, peanut butter, eggs???? it's all so nasty! I don't know how I'm going to do this!

You need to get the right Protein shake that you can tolerate. Believe me, I went through the same thing. See if you can find the Protein Shake called "oh yeah". It is high in protein and taste like a melted mcdonald's sunday.

That should hold you for a while. Their Protein Bars are pretty good too. It looks like this.
