Help

I am in my liquid diet phase..and I swear I am SO close to canceling. I don't know that I can get through this. And I keep thinking I'll just diet and do this on my own. And then try to remind myself this is only "prep" for surgery and won't last forever. I am seriously struggling. Anybody relate?

What day are you on? Day 2-3 were really tough, but don't cheat! It gets better. I'm on day 6 and it's way easier. I have to remind myself to drink meals now.

Stick it out, it's worth it. The liquid/pureed/soft food diet won't last forever and it is so much easier after surgery. It's worth the headache now because the after results will be amazing!
