  4. I'm 4 days post rny and have yet to get that full feeling, granted i am still on full liquids. Is this because I'm still healing inside and because liquids won't make me full?? I'm over here worrying that I'm not getting the full effects of this surgery! Help!

  8. Hello, I am 4 days post surgery and in a full liquid diet. I haven't gotten that "I am so full" feeling yet. Some have said that is normal bc my insides are still healing and the nerves aren't really there yet, plus I'm not eating solids which are the foods that make you "full" ... Did any body get the full feeling right away? Or does it take some time to come on?
  9. You are certainly NOT ALONE. I've even cancelled one day prior to my surgery because I was so uncertain and scared. Here I am again....
  10. Hello! This is exactly what I needed to hear... thank you Dub! So the scariness of the whole process and the build up and everything really is worth it!
  11. It is scary. i recieved approval for the 2nd time yet today and I'm not quite sure how people who have had surgery quite move over the hump of actually "doing it"...
  12. Hello, these feelings are entirely normal . I had the same feeling and in fact canccelled the day before my surgery but now I am back at it again and just got reapproval. GO WITH IT ) Oops I mean go with it

  15. I needed to read this. I am scheduled in a week. I'm scared, anxious, excited, nervous - you name it. I've had cold feet for about a week now. And I've debated everything. I've never been so conflicted. Did all you ladies who have posted here have the surgery?
  16. I'm on my liquid diet too and totally struggling, in fact it's making me wonder if I can get through....
  17. I am in my liquid diet phase..and I swear I am SO close to canceling. I don't know that I can get through this. And I keep thinking I'll just diet and do this on my own. And then try to remind myself this is only "prep" for surgery and won't last forever. I am seriously struggling. Anybody relate?
  18. I start my 2 week liquid tomorrow and tonight I am going out for my last dinner. I am scared, nervous and excited all at the same time. I have a lot of anxiety also- questioning myself, can I do this? Can anybody relate?
  19. Thank you!! I find myself closely clinging to this forum as we can all relate!
  20. Hello all! My surgery is set for feb 9 and I start my liquid diet on Tuesday. I'm excited, nervous and everything other emotion you can think of. Right now I'm most worried about the 2 weeks and getting though that.
