I can post on the post op section!! Lol had surgery 7/16 and I am doing well so far I am taking down liquids ok and the pain from incisions are minimal. Great to have this forum to come back to as I will always have questions. Does anyone know what to protein is good in crystal light?

I have my Xanax on the counter ready to be swallowed at 7am tomorrow. My bag is packed.in there is the gas x, protein ( just in case I don't like hospital protein) and other essentials I've learned thru BP to bring. My nerves are not bad right now. I know I can do this!! Please keep me in your prayers all that see this. This is round 2 for me and last chance. I will keep you updated as your post have been so helpful to me. ♡

Yes I am in the field. Which makes it worse because we know too much of the risk and possible complications. That is what I think made me back out. I couldn't get it out of my head. Just kept thinking about all the bad. I lost my focus.

I think my worst fear is of the unknown, the future ,the possible future complications. All those things were running thru my head. My fear is of being that one percent who has all the problems. I think I just read too much bad stuff and I let it get to me. I thought I was mentally prepared but I was not. And now I sitting here in regret...Wow I needed to see this post. I just backed out of my gb surgery yesterday. I had a nervous breakdown at the hospital and decided to not go threw with it. I'm happy to know I'm not the only one and that maybe like you I will find the courage to do this...I ran!! I couldn't go threw with it. I had a total breakdown after I was in the Johnny already in the preop room! I thought I was ready??I have researched for months!! I'm so embarrassedMy surgery is tomorrow and I am so scared. I am so close to calling to cancel the whole thing. I need positive thoughts and prayers my way....
