  1. Your feelings are very normal, I was so nervous. My surgery went really well and I haven't had any regrets. I had mine 5/4 so I am still early into the process. The best advice I can give you is follow your doctor's orders and after the surgery get up and walk as soon as you can. I thought the gas from the surgery pain was worse than the surgery. I walked and walked and walked and it went away quickly. Take you food intake slow, I have been using injury shakes for protein and that has worked well for me. Good Luck you can do this.
