I use premier and atkins

Premier Proteins are my go to.

Syntrax Nectar

Atkins and GNC lean really good!!

Premier chocolate is about the only pre-made one I can stand. I also make them at home with almond milk, yogurt, peanut powder, sugar free vanilla syrup and unflavored Protein powder. Those are pretty tasty, as far as Protein shakes go...

I love my Syntrax Nectar. Premier is pretty good too!

Premier Protein is my go-to. BUT only the chocolate. The vanilla has a weird after taste and the strawberry is WAY too sweet for me.

For SOME reason, they aren't too popular here, but I like the high protein chocolate Slim Fast shakes. They have 20g of protein and are fairly tasty cold. As far as powders, I haven't found one that has the right combo of nutrients and decent taste...and I've tried a lot!

I haven't tried any pre mixed shakes that I do like. Syntrax has a special right now for 15 different single serving packets for $16.99. The I do is on their website and also on the photo I attached. You have to call and place the order. I ordered them either on Monday or Tuesday and got my box on Friday. It is really cheap for the packets too! Good luck finding what works for you!post-218103-14248294937174_thumb.jpg
