Walk as much as you can, it will help to dissipate the gas! Good luck!

WALK! Move. It will pass.

Heating pad for 5 minutes on your back might help as well. Then move and walk for 5 or 10 minutes. I'm 3 days post opp and I've found that's where my gas has gone to as well. Heating pad loosens it walking moves it out.

Don't use it longer than that because you don't want to risk bleeding internally. Good luck.
