Swelling

Did anybody experience visible swelling on their stomach after surgery. I just had mine on Tuesday the 13. Got discharged on Friday. And I have a bit of swelling on my stomach around on of my incisions. and it's a little numb. Is that normal?

I've got no swelling. And they feel normal around them. Keep and eye on that....Otherwise, how are you?

Yes, there was a little swelling and visible bruising around incisions. Try not to lay on them, sleep on your back. You should not have any serious pain, just soreness. Are you taking the pain meds? Sometimes I would use an ice pak to ease the swelling.
