2 days PO

I'm starting to feel like I can't do it anymore. I'm so tired of shakes and broth, it's only been 2 days!! And I'm feeling hungry, I think. Or maybe it's gad cramps, idk. 2 days and I'm already tired. What am I to do

I started full liquids on day 2, I was able to try pudding and apple juice and later that evening I had about 4 table spoons for cream of mushroom soup. Each day I have slowly added a different soup for dinner and protein shake for breakfast, pudding or jello for lunch. I feel great and no issues so far. Call you dietitian and see what you can add. I met with my weight loss team today and I have lost 20 pounds since my surgery. I called my dietitian on the 3rd day for advise on what to add in the full liquid range. Good luck!

Yep, call the NUT and get some help. They will help you safely add something that won't sabotage you or harm you. Good luck.
