Yes it happens to me maybe twice a week...and its horrible.....

When I was diabetic, sugar free hard candies and gum gave me problems due to the sugar alcohols in them... not an uncommon problem.

Sugar alcohols will cause me to have loose BMs. Years ago, when I was doing Atkins, I took 6 sugar free pecan turtles (yes, the experience made such an impression, I remember it 10 years later! :P ) to the movies. I ate all 6, and in 30 minutes, I was running to the bathroom. Lesson learned. ;)

This is another great "argument" for logging your food. I don't do sugar free because I try to eat clean, but I know when I eat a cookie or a brownie, I have poop Soup the next day. Same if I eat heavy dairy. I can also see what makes me constipated. Pooping is a whole new science after WLS. :D

@@LipstickLady I log every single bit of anything that goes in my mouth. it definitely does help!!! and I also started a different calcium citrate yesterday but calcium doesn't cause poopies lol. so it def has to be either crystal light or my mints that I will be doing without! ????????????
