Vitamins...

I know after the lap band surgery I'll have to take vitamins. I started to take vita-melt multi vitamin. I'm having trouble finding a chewable Calcium vitamin. Any suggestions? Also what other vitamins should I take. Any info will be greatly appreciated....

  • My doctor recommended (and I bought) my calcium chewables (and other supplements) from celebratevitamins.com. I thought they were priced reasonable, fast shipping.
