My first goal met!

  • Popular Post

My highest weight was 347. But when I started my pre op diet I was Down to 324. By DOS I was 306. Today 299. I haven't been in the 200s in years. I know at this size nobody is going to see the weight loss but it feels so good to get rid of the 3 on the scale! I'm feeling like Wonder Woman

Congrats to you!

That's the important thing...you feeling good with that personal goal. Keep it moving!

I am sure people can tell, but it is more important that you know that the 3 is gone forever!!! Happy 1st Goal Day!

Feels so good, doesn't it? I was hoping to drop below 200 by New Years, but that was not to be....maybe next week. It is sooo cool though, putting on clothes and having them be baggy instead of stuffing myself into them and being uncomfortable all day. The hope that this surgery has given me cannot be measured. I really feel like I am on my way! Congratulations to you....its only the beginning! Enjoy the journey.

I, too, made it to under 300. If I loose 1 more pound, I'll hit a 50 pound loss. Unfortunately, that 1 poundis being stubborn I'm on a 2.5 week stall. :(
