Why do I feel like I just had my rny 5 hours ago? Can't seem to get a grip on this pain. I'm staying on top of walking and pain meds. Please tell me it will get better :( most pain is on my left lower side of my tummy when I get up from laying down it feels like a synging burn inside and that everything there is ripping

Pain on the left side is normal for most but if it's excruciating and you get no relief with your meds I'd call your surgeon to be safe. Try a heating pad, that helped for me, most of my discomfort was gas and excess air from the surgery. Keep hydrated, walk and relief will come.

Hi congrats on your choice on being healthy I agree pain is normal try a heating pad and if you think its to much to bear always contact your doctor for suggestions. Good luck my friend.
