    I'm still on a stall, thought it was over but I keep fluctuating between 179-181. It's frustrating!

    I went back to drinking 2 shakes a day and a protein and veggie for supper. Then will have unsweetened applesauce or unsweetened Popsicles for snack. I get my fluids in and protein so what gives?

    May be building muscle. I did because even though I stalled weight-wise I still lost inches.
