How long after the sleeve surgery did you wait until becoming sexually active again?

Your Dr will give you a time frame , probably in your discharge instructions from the hospital. Just like with anything else of personal nature it will be based on how you feel and how you recover. Everybody is different so You probably won't get an exact answer on here. I don't put my husbands and I's love life out for public display but just know that you will know when it's time. : )@@alyssa9409

many docs will suggest to wait couple of weeks

definitely wait til you feel ok

you did just have major surgery

some docs might tell you its ok to have sex

but.......try not to do any crazy tricks, certain leg movements, or some things yet!!!!

My Dr never told me a time frame. And like the rest say you'll know when your body is ready. If you try too soon you can hurt yourself and you especially don't want that...

My surgeon told me it was okay when I physically felt ready. I'd say week two was when I became sexually active again.
