I'm falling apart help!

Everything relating to my surgery is great.

We just moved into a new house and I'm a giant... I'm 6 7' so I'm really tall. The new house has 3 bars in it and one of them is the perfect height for me to bump my hip into the corner of it. I did just that.

Last week I had a back spasm and had to go to urgent care. They gave me a non nsid shot.

I think I'm going to go back tonight because I can't get the pain in my hip to go away. I know its just from me hitting the corner of the bar. I'm also dealing with mild back pain that is almost gone.

Any suggestions on prescriptions that would help with the pain that would be safe for me to take?

The Dr. at the urgent care place was scared to prescribe anything because she isn't too familiar with gastric sleeve. She told me I needed to see a surgeon. blah.

I'm 31. I shouldn't be falling apart at this age.

Alternating heat pads and ice packs really helps get inflammation down and reduce pain...

They gave me Tylenol 3, flexerill and a shot of something that starts with a T. She said it was a strong anti inflammatory and since it was a shot and goes in my hip and bypasses the stomach it would be okay. She said it will take about 72 hours for the body to fully absorb it. She felt around on my hip and said I have a bruised bone. When she touched the right spot I was screaming lol.

Just got home and its already to a tolerable level. I'm waiting on the pharmacy to get done with my scripts and I think I'm going to retire early tonight and sleep.
