Tried Something New

At the last support meeting....Nutritionist told us about Rockin' Refuel by Shamrock Farms. You buy it in the milk department at your grocery store. It has 30 grams of Protein. The chocolate is wonderful. It would be great heated and drinked as hot chocolate. It is also Lactose Free!!! It is great for a quick RTD. I bought several to keep in my refrigerator in my office.

That sounds good. I haven't found a chocolate brand that I like yet

Sounds good. I'll have to look for it. It's the Lean one, right? I looked at that one & it only has 6 gr./sugar. Some of the others had a lot more.

Thanks for the tip I'll give it a try.

Yes, sorry just noticed this reply. And 2 scoops are only 100 calories very low compared to others so you can actually mix it with milk & not wreck the calorie ratio for the day.

Just googled. They make 3 varieties. it's the Muscle Builder that has 30gms of Protein. The Muscle Recovery has 20 and the Lean Recovery has 17. The difference seem to be changes in the amount of fat/sugars and total calories each one contains.

I may try one if I see them in the store.
