HELP

I am 12 days post-op and I am feeling great for the most part. My pain has gotten better every day but for the past 2 days have been constipated. I have been taking collace and getting in at least 50 to 55 ounces of fluids everyday. I took an extra collace today and still no movement. PLEASE ANY SUGGESTIONS would be greatly appreciated. :-(

    Mineral oil!! It has saved my life! Honestly. Two tablespoons every night just before you go to bed. It's not the most pleasant thing I have tasted, but it helps SO much! I gave up on Colace.

    My doctor suggested that if I'm not having a bowel movement and then I take a laxative and still nothing then I needed to contact him.
