  • Yup only one week for pre op. 2 more days until surgery time.

It's the bacteria in your stomach that causes ulcers. I have to be rid of it before surgery. I'm just worried it will still be present!

So like do they tell you if the antibiotics will or should get rid of it? I'll have my fingers crossed for you. I pray everything go perfect so nothing stands in your way.

Had my first real uncomfortable feeling last night. I don't know if it was gas from the surgery or I just didn't sip the water I was drinking and gulp it down but I thought I was going to vomit. I calmed myself down and layed down and it went away in 30 minutes. Man that wasn't fun

The antibiotics should get rid of it but if it comes back they will have to do a biopsy! That's probably worse case. It's gonna be ok

"Cantini" I had the h-pylori test and it was negative but they did tell me if it was positive that they would give me the meds to cure it before surgery. The meds they give you SHOULD clear it up. I pray for you that it does and you get to have your surgery as scheduled. "Grandma", I drink the premier too. I only drink the shakes. I like yogurt so I just stick with my meal replacements. Glad you are doing well :) "Matt" thanks for letting us know how you are doing. Praying for no more nausea for you and you continue to do well hun. Keep us updated.
