I have tried mac and cheese no problem but can only eat 2 tablespoons then Im full. I have not tried Bread or rice they are so heavy that I rather get my Protein in so I eat lunch meat and cheese...

as a rule, I don't eat any of those either... I will have one piece of warm bread if we go out to eat...but that's it...not the whole bread basket like before!

Not worth the calories and the full feeling... push protein first...

I cannot tolerate bread crackers rice or pasta......but i have no issues with mashed potatoes, oatmeal, cream of wheat or grits.

I cannot tolerate rice or Pasta. Once in a great while I like Knourish oatmeal. Few bites of mashed potatoes....does not always agree with me. I do eat some crackers but usually in a Soup or something moist. Rare occassion I will eat a bite of bread. I am losing so slow anyway....I just don't want it to go any slower. Too many carbs!
