    10 days till my Op been on the milk diet for past 7 days I was so worried about the milk diet but gotta say after a harsh first 3 days its been really easy

    Just want to get in an get sleeved I have a lot of weight to lose 17 stone or there abouts so keen to get cracking,

    Sleeved on the 20th December 2 weeks post op now an loving it no aches or pains lost 26lbs on the 2 week pre op diet but yet to weigh myself again since the op
