Hunger?

I'm 8 weeks post op. I'm not sure if the feeling I have is that of hunger or is it pain? It happens daily. It's like the feeling when you're starving and your stomach aches. But how if I just finished eating 1 hr prior? Confused

Do you take a PPI like Prilosec?

Although I don't take it everyday. I take it if I have heart burn or something, I don't think it's a side effect of the meds tho....I really don't know at this point.

I'm still pre-op but I've read over and over that reflux can feel like hunger. Definitely check with your dr about taking it daily for a while. I'm sure they'll have answers for you.
