Today a very dear friend of mine was laid to rest after battling cancer. ???? As it usually goes with a loss of a loved one, at least with me, I eat my emotions. I'm three weeks post op and obviously at the luncheon couldn't eat especially enough to eat my feelings away. After it was all over I felt more drained then I ever did before with losing a loved one ( not to sound sappy but I've lost quite a few). Even at the end of the day I feel like I've had no energy, almost like when your sick, not depressed. I've gotten my calories and Protein in and everything.
Is this what it really feels like when you can't use food as your comfort? It's like my body is sad lol. Thoughts?
