I am getting sleeved and gall bladder removal on Monday. I have worked for so long to get this done and am excited. As I have shared with a few family members and friends EVERYONE has had to tell me oh that's great but then they have to tell me of all the people they know who have had it done and they all know someone who it "didn't work for"

Yup lol everyone has a story and the are not usually happy ones.

You have to wonder, with all of the horrible stories people pass on, how all of us here made it through surgery. ????

And I bet you a million bucks they aren't referring to the sleeve. Lap Bands fail quite a bit and there are also a lot of bypass failures. People are perpetually negative. It's a disease of it's own.

I know gastric sleeve who haven't had the success they hoped for but they also did not commit to a lifestyle change my brothers had surgery one lost 140 one lost 65. The one who lost less blamed the surgeon not his choice to eat pizza and fast food. 6 months out. Commitment that golden year is everything
