So I submitted all paperwork last Monday, I was so excited for following through. : ) However 6 business days passed and no response. I called the institute and was told I had been assigned an advocate. Spoke to the advocate who said " I was planning to call you today, will call you back around 4, with appointments". : )

The first48 have passed and still no call. : ( Should I be concerned?

Not at all, usually takes 10 business days - some can be much longer - for that communication to occur. Every company is different so be patient. ????????????

How soon did you get surgery date after getting approved?

My surgery date is aprox 3 wks after approval ....good luck
