November 6, 201411 yr I live in Marianna FL and I am in my 2nd month of pre-op process. Getting appointments done. I see a psychiatrist tomorrow for my evaluation. Then next week I see a physical therapist. They said it would be a 3 month wait for approval so fingers crossed. I need this surgery desperately bc I have lymphedema in both legs so I can't be as physical as I want to to get the weight off so this is my next option. I'm ready to start a new healthier and happy life. It will be like being reborn:)
November 8, 201411 yr I'm hoping I get my official date soon too. My Doc told me it would be the first of January. I took my psychiatric evaluation yesterday so I have to wait on approval of that. So still super nervous but so dang excited as well. I am so glad to have found this forum. I love reading where everyone is on their journey and all the success stories ❤
