So from the time you started how long did it take you to get to the point of getting your surgery date? If you don't mind me asking which insurance did you go through?

It took an entire year! I have Kaiser Permanente.

Mine is January 19th

My surgery is Jan 26th!

I received a call today from my Doc. My surgery will be the middle of December rather than January!! So happy!!
