@"Ivanova8" How exciting! I hope we three are able to stay in touch on our progress. I as well am worried about the pre op diet so I have started to prepare myself now. I have having 3 shakes a day and dinner...not too bad so far. What kind of shakes will you be having? I have sound that Premier priteinbis by far my favorite...and it has 30 grams of protein per shake. I cab very much relate to being worried about telling people. I did make the decision to share it with not only my family and friends but also my coworkers. There is always a tun of food at my office and I wanted everyone to understand why I woyod not be eating like them. I found d nothing but love and support so I hope the same happens for you! What part of the country are you in?

I tried that in Friday and felt like my blood sugar was really low and I was shakey, have you noticed that at all? Maybe I'm not doing it right, any advise?

I have an awful sweet tooth also, makes me really nervous for the liquid diet!

I am worried about the 2 week pre op diet honestly. I am worried about failing during that. I am so excited about my surgery tho, Jan 12 :-)

I know I am so Late on this post but I just found it (I am new here) and I am having bypass with Dr Fitzer January 12...how cool to meet others who have used him! Any feedback on him? So far I just love Him and his who staff!
