Hang in there. Maybe try the Pouch test or a couple days of liquids to reboot your system. You got this ????

@Kerry5570 are you incorporating exercise in your daily regime?

I am trying to but to be perfectly honest not everyday and not to much. Is that the solution then up my exercise ?

  • Author

I'd definitely try to get at least 30 minutes of exercise in 3 days a week. That's what my surgeon recommends.

@Kerry5570 my surgeon have me walking minimum a mile a day. He also has me in the gym minimum 4 days a week. Exercising definitely helps with weight loss and toning.

Thanks all I will work on my exercise as my December target instead of looking at weight loss.

Are there any tools you use for this or apps to keep track of how much you have done?

  • Author

Are you on My Fitness Pal? It's a great app to track calories and exercise.

You could also look into getting a pedometer or tracker like the Fitbit, they have apps and are great motivators.

Thanks I have just downloaded My fitness Pal and I can see the food tracking but where do you enter the exercise part?

If you click on the bottom of the screen (there's a big + sign) it gives you the option to add exercise.

@Rebeccaabrooks86

Thanks so much for your help I found it.

Didn't meet my goal wt. for the month which was 236lbs but I did lose 7lbs at least the scale if moving in the right direction.

November 1 - 245lbs

November 30 - 238lbs

I had a delay in my first fill. Down 27 now... such a long way to go. Goal is 8 for this month. Gonna be hard.

Is there a December Challenge
