Feeling hungry all the time

Ok so I'm 23 days out. I get frustrated with what will I eat for the day. I pack my food but maybe not enough. I always seem to get hungry. It's like the old appetite is still here. I don't get it. I'm restricted but seems my body or mind doesn't think so. I get super hungry late evenings at work. I was able to eat an Amos chocolate chip cookie with no problem. That was too scary but even worse I willingly grabbed it and put it in my mouth. This strong appetite or head hunger I need to go away like now.

I suggest looking at the blog, The World According to Eggface. There are loads of Protein packed Snacks. I think the protein will lessen your hunger.

Are you on a PPI and drinking enough water?
