Question about insurance

Ugh I'm so impatient!! I have Caresource as my insurance & I wanted to see if anyone would think it would be acceptable to call them to see if they've made any decisions yet?

I did. And I was told that it was not decided yet, but gave me the day it would be. And from that time on I was not so worked up about it. That great thing was they contacted my doctor a day earlier then expected. So now I have a Nov. 25 th surgery date. If it makes you feel better, go for it.

I don't have that insurance, but I would definitely call! I have Blue Cross Blue Shield of Iowa, and I had a terrible time getting my approval. If I hadn't called repeatedly, I'd still be waiting!

I say call!! :) Encourage them to hurry it up..

I was wondering if you ever got the surgery done and how long caresource took for your approval? I'm waiting to find out right now. The waiting is horrible lol
