Pure protein bar

I'm stuck at the vet with a sick dog. I'm a month out with my sleeve. Needed something to eat so I got a pure protein bar. 2g of sugar high protein. Think it will make me dump?

Will you let us know if the pure Protein made you sick? I have been sampling different food options for post surgery. I tried two pure Protein Bars...I thought they would be safe. The NUT told me anything under 5g sugar per serving would be fine. Was she wrong? (She didnt seem to have her act together so it wouldnt shock me.)

I can't have protein bars until 3 months post op but when I can it has to be 4g of sugar or less.

I'm not supposed to have them in the beginning either, I think because of the calories and possible sugar, but it was that or junk food...

I am on month out. I have tried 2 low sugar protein bars. Very small bites. Only eat 1/4 at a time. Have had no issues.
