Nausea and mucus

I can't take my Mucinex and sudafed yet...anyone have a good way to help relieve mucus? It makes me nauseous all day when it starts going into my sleeve.

Maybe try a kids decongestant? Triaminic is made with acetominophen, should be able to take it?
