Nights are the worst

I had the sleeve in may and I know it still works. I can do pretty well most days, but my trouble, like always is staying in control at night. Please advise. I need some support on this one.

Hey Majique, I've always had that same issue too. What works for me now is to drink lots of decaf tea and or hot water in the evening. I'm not hungry, so it's just keeping my mind busy for me.

Yes drinking lots of Water or the like and then doing things to get your mind off of it. Its saying YES I CAN. :)

Did you make it? Pulling for you.
