Technically you could walk from day 1 or 2, that is a workout. I know their also is a 10 lb weight limit for lifting. I'm 5 weeks out and have been cleared to do anything! Hope that helps!

    For bastric bypass, I was told that I could go back to my spinning classes 2 weeks after surgery. I would be weary of lifting weights for awhile.
