What type of yogurt do you use?

I have reached the phase where I can eat yogurt. I have NEVER seen so many kinds and brands of yogurt. I know everyone's taste is different, but what are the ones that are acceptable to eat at 2-3 weeks post-surgery?

I love The Greek Gods yogurt. It is very creamy and it's like eating ice cream (without the sugar). My store just quit carrying the plain flavor though, and I'm very sad about this. Does anyone kno

  • Fage Greek Yogurt, 0% fat in all flavors. It is slightly more expensive than others but in my opinion tastes better

Alright, you twisted my arm everyone. I'll buy the Fage.

I am also going to try the plain yogurt with sugar free Smuckers jam. That's an awesome idea.

Every morning I take plain nonfat greek yogurt (most protein), a good vanilla protein powder, nonfat milk, ice & frozen blueberries or whatever fruit I have and hit my nutrabullet "type" machine (its a copycat but does the job). I swear I taste cheesecake in every sip. And its loaded with protein. Thats my breakfast. Im about 6 weeks out now and got sick of the shakes real quick! Try it, you'll love it!

Thanks everyone for your ideas. I tried Carbmaster today, it was great!!!! So many good flavors to choose from plus low in carbs and sugar. My limit is 5g/serving, so I have to be picky.
