Clear protein for clear liquid phase?

Isopure is gross, any one use syntax nectar for clear liquid phase? Is it allowed? Also there is unflavored nectar and unflavored isopure, which do you prefer?

Gosh, I don't know. I sure hope so and hope to see someone answer. My surgery is tomorrow.

Thanks.

I got the nectar from the vitamin shoppe since the whey protein isolate that I got from SAMs club was terrible. You can get the nectar in single serving pouches to try before making a commitment to buying the huge hug of it. Good luck!! Keep up the good work!

I got the samples too. I chocked down the cappuccino one, but I'm not a huge coffee fan. I liked the other ones I have tried.

Oh darn! I haven't tried my fuzzy navel. I might just have that tonight at my last drink before bed since I have to be at hospital tomorrow at 9:15 for surgery.????????????

Genepro on amazon

Good luck today!

Thanks I'm doing much better today!!

my doctor recommended Proti-diet. I'd ask and see if that's allowed. You add it to Water 16 oz and it's 15 grams of protein.
