  1. I'm on my protein diet now and I've found that the ISOPURE ones are by far the best. They even have premade drinks with 40 grams of protein in them, and they are good. I've been getting all my stuff from the vitamin shoppe. The people in there are so nice and helpful and didn't look down on me for having surgery to lose weight like the jerks at GNC did. In my opinion the ISOPURE powder and drinks are where it's at. Good luck!!

  5. I got the nectar from the vitamin shoppe since the whey protein isolate that I got from SAMs club was terrible. You can get the nectar in single serving pouches to try before making a commitment to buying the huge hug of it. Good luck!! Keep up the good work!
  6. My surgery is Oct 8th in Dayton OH. Getting excited and nervous! Take care and best of luck!!!!
