Well being discharged. Had a horrible day 2 post ip with nausea. Had every meds given. Not sure if it was anesthesia or dilaudid PCA. Finally better today some. Need to increase fluid intake. Pain is not really an issue just occasional nausea and some intermittent abd pain that must be gas and relieved from walking. So glad it is done. Ready to do out post op diet. Don't want to come back with dehydration, veins are horrible to find. Good luck to everyone and please post your progress.

Thank you so much for posting an update! Hope you continue to improve everyday! Keep us posted!

Everyday is better. Can't wait for up drain to be taken out. Started vitamins this am and ready for my first protein drink. Feel full really quickly. Ready to start walking when the rain stops. Remember to sip when allowed and walk. Walking really did help. Even now it feels good to drink standing. Please post how your surgery goes. Best of luck to all.

I'm post op day 2 as well and doing pretty good. I managed a shower and so far about 8 oz of liquid. I have gas rumbling all over so I spend most of my walking time walking to the bathroom ???? but no pain medication so that's good. Can't wait for tomorrow to be better than today. Good luck everyone!!
