  7. Right now is not the time to worry about losing weight. Just concentrate on recovery and before you know it alot of weight has gone.
  8. I am little more than two years out and never experience any hair lost.
  9. I had surgery on Sept 26, 2014. My weight was 238 and the lowest i got to was 157. I am currently averaging 160-163...I think its mostly Water weight, but not matter what type of weight it maybe, it psychologically distributing. Other than that, life has been great. Still pretty much control my eating and exercise. I never really made it to my goal of 153, but I was close enough. Now my goal is just to maintain. I feel great, very active and not afraid to leave the house. This was the best decision done .

  16. Started drinking coffee about two months out and I'm really bad with it...I drinks two cups a day sometimes. Now that I saw this post, I feel like a cup right now. LoL. But has not bothered me one bit.
  17. I'm 6months out and YES, it gets better! A lot better!!! After a week or two you'll start to feel normal
  18. Wow! Congrats you look great
  19. Good day! I haven't been here for awhile. Today marks six months since I had Gastric Sleeve Surgery. I've lost close to 80pounds and still loosing! From 237 to 159! The loosing has slowed down though. I go to the gym at least 4-5 times a week. Always hungry, but a little bite here and there gets me satisfied. This is the best thing I've ever decided to do...I feel great, all my lab test are great, and look good too! I'm not afraid to go out of my house anymore...I enjoy being with people...more outgoing! Good luck to those that are about to have surgery and to those in the coming months. Congrats to those had surgery...you should feel as great as I!

  24. A little over 5 weeks and so far minus 40 pounds!
  25. For some reason, I was thinking Sept 29 is my 1 month, but it was actually Sept 26. Started going to the gym about two weeks ago...no lifting yet, just cardio. No problems so far with food intake and no pain anywhere. My pre- surgery weight Sept 24 was 237. As of today I am 197! So far it's been a smooth ride... Especially the weight loss! I think at week 3, I thought I was hitting the dreaded "stall", but was wrong! Knock on wood...please no stall soon! My wife and sons are now noticing that I'm getting smaller and smaller. Good luck everyone!
