Lost 50 lbs in 7 weeks...

And went from a size 3x to a size XL. At ten weeks now, my size 14's are hanging. It's been a size every ten days. The thrift shoppe has been very kind to me.

I attribute my success to meticulous documentation of my intake on an excel sheet, so I can see my patterns and match them to my progress.

Would you be willing to share your spreadsheet so that I can see what you are doing to be so successful. That is fantastic! I have only lost 35 in 8 weeks.

Congrats your doing great and I agree writing done what you are eating is important and shopping at the thrift store is key and reasonable. Keep up the great work.

My spreadsheet looks a lot like this one http://proteinartist.com/60-gram-protein-menus/ but it has the added column of the calories. I also have on Sheet1 a list of all the foods I typically eat. I refer to it as my 'inventory' and instead of looking in the fridge to see what I should eat next, I go by what is mising still in my daily menu, and find a matching number (6 grams missing, 9 grams missing, etc.) on the food list. Then, I can copy/paste it straight into my menu, and the calculation is done.

Thank you! I absolutely love this site.

Congrats Latido!
