Can i go out

I know it is different for everyone... However I was wondering when people started to go out... Not back to work... But just out. The reason I asking is because I was sleeved august 27... Three days ago ..... I have a hair appointment .. Just a wash and blow dry... Should I cancel it or go. I feel pretty good. Just curious when everybody else started to venture out.

If you feel up to it, go for it! Just don't drive if you are still on any heavy pain meds.

I had my surgery on a Wednesday, went home on Thursday, and went to the mall on Friday. The more active you are (within reason), the better!

Wow! That is impressive !!

Keep the appointment because you need to feel good and look good too! I drove 2 days after sleeving and walked slowly in the grocery store. I was not on any pain meds. I felt wonderful. I walked in several stores about 5 days after surgery, walking slowly but feeling good. Listen to your body. Just do not lift or over do anything. Have fun!

Do u go alone or does someone take you? My hubs took me places bc when I started to get fatigue it hit me fast. But everyone is different. I felt like I could do anything but in actuality I had to be careful. .when I started to over do it my incisions started to tell me..just be careful. You will no. Have fun...get pampered! :)

For me I'm waiting till it's been a week before I venture out so Tuesday will be the day!!! Im doing my walking around the house and resting. Just enjoying this break my hub is giving me which is rare. Because I know the minute I'm mobile this 5 year old will suck my soul dry again.
