several week stall

Hi I have been at a stall for almost a month now. I know some of it is my bad habits coming back to haunt me. I have been having marriage problems and a lot going on and I am struggling with finances I know none of this is a good excuse to go back to old habits but I could use some suggestions and help.

Try using my fitness pal to log EVERYTHING that passes your lips, seeing it written down might help you make good choices. Good luck and if your under a lot of personal pressures be kind to yourself. Remember each day is a new day and what has past cannot be changed but today and tomorrow can be got under control.

Sorry to hear of your problems sweety, hopefully all be ok. I'm (thankfully) not having any personal issues at the moment, I am almost 4 months post op and have been at a stall for over 3 weeks now, barely losing a pound here, a pound there. Frustrating... good luck!
