Protein Intake

I live in the US but I did my surgery overseas. Im almost 6 weeks post op and i haven't taken any protein shakes yet. I'm only consuming around 21 g of protein. I dont know what to eat to get more protein. Im eating chicken tuna eggs but no matter how much i eat i cant reach 60-80 g.

What can I do? Or eat?

Three protien shakes a day is 60 g, then eat your meat for the added grams, and drink, drink, drink your water!
