I'm at the very beginning of my journey. 42 yo, proud mother of 5. Just made my first of 6 diet & exercise sessions. (Required by insurance) I enjoy coming here and reading about all the success stories. It gives me so much encouragement! I also find that reading about others experiences gives me a better idea of what to expect. For once I am excited about the future and ready to take on this challenge. Hi and welcome to the forums. I am also very new here (just into my 3rd month of pre-op dieting), and I have found these forums to be encouraging, inspiring, and extremely motivating. I have found myself coming here more frequently every day just to remind myself of all the successes and hope that this journey brings. I know there will be difficult times, but coming here always makes me smile.
