Clexane question?

I ladies, I am actually more nervous about giving myself this injection..

Are there any tips or tricks to giving this?

I know it's a stupid question but the whole jabbing myself just freaks me..

I watched a video where the person grabs a piece of fat on their stomach and then inject it into themselves.

I worry that I will do it wrong, not put the Clexane incorrectly etc.

Thanks in advance

Clexane (enoxaparin) is an anti clotting medication and the needle is very thin, you inject it into the fat on your belly because it has the least amount of nerves and you are unlikely to inject it into a vein. It will cause a small purplish bruise like spot for each injection but they will fade and disappear eventually.

It's important to use the Clexane (enoxaparin) to prevent blood clots.
