August 24, 201411 yr Alex, I have had the same issue. My password no longer works. I did request to send me notice to set up new password, via the link you noted here. No luck, I have not received an email. So finally set up a new account. I would love to get access to my old username though. Can you assist? My old user name is jjinWA. Thanks.

(Using ipad) We (literally) just released our new iOS app which works on iPads. You might want to give it a spin. You should be able to update your password from the mobile or regular skin here.
September 3, 201411 yr It is the new one I have downloaded! That was the one that wouldn't recognise my old password and so I had to get a new one.
September 3, 201411 yr Alex helped set a new password for me, but I have yet to figure out how to change that password to something else. :-(
November 5, 201411 yr I have been trying to change my passoword since this past weekend! I never got the email back allowing me to reset it. I also never got a response from my tweet. Frustrating!

I removed you from the blacklist and you can now retrieve your login info. To reset or resend your password in our app: Go to the sidebar, Click "PEOPLE", Click on your username at the top, You'll see links for resetting and changing your password.
